Congress Fees

¹ List of upper income countries

² Delegates from lower income countries registering at the reduced rate will be required to bring ID to the conference to prove their nationality.

³ Student registration forms must be accompanied by a scan of student ID.

Please note that registrations can be made only on-line via registration form.

All prices are in Euro and include VAT 23%.


The fee does not include accommodation costs.

The registration package for the participants includes: 

• conference pack

• access to the conference sessions and exhibitions

• final Programme and Abstract Book in digital format

• lunch on each conference day

• coffee/tea/refreshment breaks

• ​welcome reception

• transfer Warsaw - Białowieża on 18.09 and Białowieża - Warsaw on 21.09¹

• congress dinner in Białowieża

• certificate of attendance

Accompanying persons are entitled to:

• welcome reception

• ​transfer Warsaw - Białowieża on 18.09 and Białowieża - Warsaw on 21.09¹

• congress dinner in Białowież

¹ - One bus will go from Białowieża directly to Warsaw Chopin Airport


Payment

• By credit card (be aware of additional charge 2% of the total amount as a transaction fee) - After registering, participant will receive credit card authorisation form to fill it in.

• By bank transfer (the payer bears the cost of transaction fees)

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration form(s) with the appropriate fees, confirmation will be sent. Once registered, registrations cannot be changed to another fee category.

Cancellation of registration and reimbursement policy
Cancellations received before 31st May will be subject to a 20% surcharge on all money paid.  From this date onward, until 31st July, cancellations will incur a 50% surcharge on all money paid.  From that date onward, no repayments will be made in the event of cancellation.
